We got a few e-mails saying that folks that made a donation on Firstbook.org/letsgetthis but didn’t get their redemption code, etc. I’ve made a few donations myself and it works perfectly. So all I can think of is that you might be looking for the code in the e-mail from Firstbook that came after the donation. The redemption code is NOT in the e-mail. The redemption code is in bold red letters on the first page that pops up after your donation has been approved. And below that is a big Let’s Get This logo that is the link to soundloadmusic.com. Once at soundloadmusic you enter that code where it says “enter pin# from back of card”.

From there you are good. I hope this clears it up. P.S. For those who get the actual cards at the shows, you have to scratch off the small bar on the back of the card to get your redemption code.  If you still have a problem please e-mail letsgetthisfoundation@gmail.com with “redemption error” in the subject line.  Sorry for any problems! xoxooxxo -jm
